FAGIOLI INC. : TRANSPORTS FOR THE OFFSHORE INDUSTRY

For the Offshore fabrication industry, Fagioli inc. is always on call.

The transport of a 1,000 tons Topside and 2,000 tons Jacket were awarded short before the execution and found our Houston office once again ready to take the task.

A total of 88 axle lines SPMT and 8 Power Pack Units were mobilized to the site in the Gulf of Mexico. The 25m tall Topside was rolled on the barge by the SPMT configured in 4 parallel rows. The 100m long, 40m tall and 45m wide steel Jacket was supported on its four corners by SPMT.

Fagioli Inc. scope of work included the weighing of the components and the ballast of the barges for the loading. The project was accomplished on schedule in April 2010.
